Heather Khammavongsa, Law Clerk

Heather joined Goldstein Law as a Law Clerk in 2017. Prior to joining Goldstein, Heather was a Law Clerk Heather Khammavongsa law clerk for a Plaintiff's Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury firm in downtown Minneapolis. Although Heather primarily has experience in civil litigation, she also has experience in criminal defense.

While in Law School, Heather was a Certified Student Attorney in a clinic known as Legal Assistance to Minnesota Prisoners (LAMP). She wrote motions, briefs, and represented clients in Court for their civil legal matters. Heather was also a member of Mitchell Hamline's mock trial team and competed at the American Association for Justice competition. With the knowledge and experience she gained from competing in her own mock trial competition, Heather coached two elementary schools mock trial program. On the weekends, Heather dedicated her spare time assisting individuals with divorces and child custody issues.

Heather is in her last year of law school at Mitchell Hamline and will continue assisting injured workers in receiving benefits they are entitled to.

In her free time Heather enjoys hiking mountains, backpacking, and taking naps with her cat.
